Off Campus Season 2 Is Heating Up

Off Campus Season 2 Is Heating Up

The world of Off Campus did not need much time to pull people in. One season was enough for Briar University, hockey house drama, fake dating, messy feelings, and late-night tension to become a fresh talking point in romance TV.

Now, Season 2 is already confirmed, and the bigger news is that Prime Video renewed the show before Season 1 even arrived.

That early renewal says a lot. It shows that Prime Video saw strong promise in Elle Kennedy’s book world and wanted the series to keep moving. Season 1 is now streaming on Prime Video, with all eight episodes released on May 13, 2026.

The platform describes the first season as a college soap based on Kennedy’s bestselling books, centered on music major Hannah Wells and hockey star Garrett Graham as their deal slowly turns into something far more serious.

The Love Story Is Changing Seats

Season 1 gave Hannah and Garrett the main stage. Their story started with a deal, moved through awkward moments, and grew into the kind of romance that made viewers care about both of them beyond the couple scenes.

Season 2 will not erase them, but it will not be driven by their love story in the same way. Creator Louisa Levy told Entertainment Weekly that the show is “roughly” working with a book-per-season setup, while still keeping the series as an ensemble.

She also made it clear that Hannah and Garrett are still part of Season 2, even though another romance is being set up to carry the season.

That matters because Off Campus is not built like a one-couple-and-done romance. The friendships, the hockey house, the theater world, and the emotional fallout all stay connected.

Allie and Dean Have the Messy Spark Now

The biggest Season 2 pull is the growing tension around Allie Hayes and Dean Di Laurentis. Season 1 already opened that door, and the finale left their story sitting in a very uncomfortable place after Hunter Davenport entered the picture.

That cliffhanger was not random. Levy explained that the show wants to give one romance a satisfying ending while leaving another love story hanging for the next season. It is a smart structure for TV because it keeps the emotional reward without closing the whole world too neatly.

For viewers, that means Season 2 should feel more layered. Hannah and Garrett can still exist as a couple people already love, while Allie and Dean bring the next wave of questions, heat, and mistakes.

What Prime Video Has Already Given Fans

Season 1 has eight episodes, and every episode landed on Prime Video on the same date. The official Prime Video listing also confirms the main cast includes Ella Bright, Belmont Cameli, and Mika Abdalla, with Stephen Kalyn, Jalen Thomas Brooks, and Antonio Cipriano also listed in the cast section.

The show is marked as drama, romance, and romantic on Prime Video. Its content advisory includes mature themes, so Season 2 will likely keep the same grown-up college romance feel, but no official Season 2 rating or episode list has been shared yet.

A New Romance Is Also Being Planted

Season 2 may not only be about Allie and Dean. Entertainment Weekly also notes the addition of India Fowler as Grace, Logan’s love interest. That points to another important thread for John Logan, played by Antonio Cipriano.

Still, the safest thing to say right now is this: Prime Video has confirmed Season 2, and the creator has confirmed that the show will keep shifting focus across its couples while keeping familiar faces around.

Conclusion

As of now, Prime Video has not announced an official Season 2 release date. That is the key detail fans should keep in mind. Any exact date being shared without Prime Video confirmation should be treated carefully.

What is confirmed is strong enough on its own. Off Campus is coming back. Hannah and Garrett are not gone. Allie and Dean’s unfinished story is waiting. And Briar University clearly has more secrets, more romance, and more emotional damage left on the board.
