A lot can change at a theme park in a short stretch, and Six Flags Magic Mountain has several fresh updates moving at once.
The park is promoting a spring sale that ends April 12, daily tickets are listed online from $55, and a fully reimagined Looney Tunes Land is set to open in summer 2026. Add in a full event calendar, and the park clearly has a lot happening at the same time.
What Is New at the Park This Year
The clearest headline is Looney Tunes Land. Six Flags says the fully reimagined area will debut in summer 2026 and become the new home of its Looney Tunes characters. That is a meaningful shift because Magic Mountain is not only leaning on thrill rides this year.
It is also putting real focus on giving families with younger kids more to do during a full day at the park.
The pricing side is also giving the park momentum. Six Flags lists daily admission online from $55, compared with a $110 gate price, and says the current spring sale runs through April 12 with a free upgrade to Gold for the price of Silver.
On the pass side, the 2026 Gold Pass is shown at $115, while Prestige is listed at $250. The official site also says Gold includes free general parking, no blockout dates, admission to Fright Fest and Holiday in the Park, and unlimited visits through the end of 2026.
Why a Visit Here Is About More Than Roller Coasters
Magic Mountain still leans hard into its thrill identity, and the official ride pages back that up. The park says WONDER WOMAN Flight of Courage is the tallest and longest single-rail coaster on the planet.
Tatsu is described as a face-down flying coaster that reaches up to 62 mph, and LEX LUTHOR Drop of Doom is billed as the tallest and fastest drop tower ride on the planet. For guests who want to fit more into one visit, Fast Lane is listed from $49.
But the park is also pushing the full-day experience, not only the ride list. Six Flags says the mobile app lets guests check real-time ride wait times, show schedules, park directions, and event updates.
April perks listed on the site include extra food and beverage discounts, buy one get one 50% off churros, buy one get one 50% off soft pretzels, and 20% off merchandise on purchases of $50 or more. Those details matter because they shape the visit from entry to exit.
What Is Coming Up at Six Flags Magic Mountain in 2026
The park already has several dates locked in. The official site lists Out on the Mountain for April 5 through April 11, 2026. Grad Nite is scheduled for May 15 and May 29 from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m., and Six Flags says that the event is limited to registered graduating seniors and chaperones.
Looking ahead, DC Heroes and Villains Fest is set for Fridays and Saturdays from June 19 through July 25, Star Spangled Night is set for July 4, and Holiday in the Park is listed for select dates from November 26 through January 3, 2027.
Taken together, the official updates show a park with strong reasons to stay in the conversation this season.
Six Flags Magic Mountain is pushing family additions, ticket deals, pass value, and major event dates all at once. That gives the park a busy and timely 2026 story, and it gives visitors more than one reason to start planning a trip now.
